How To Order

We've designed our entire purchasing process to be clear, secure, and customer-focused. From choosing your watch to after-sales support, here’s exactly what you can expect.

Step 1: Placing Your Order

From selecting your dream watch, our streamlined process makes ordering simple. If you can't find what you're looking for, we're just an email or message away.

First, click www.dukereps.com, select the item you want to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” If you cannot find the desired style on our site, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp, and we will be happy to assist you.

When you're ready, review the items in your cart (the icon is in the top right corner) and proceed to checkout. There, you can choose your preferred shipping and payment methods, enter your shipping address, and add any specific instructions for us in the notes section.

After you place your order, we will provide payment instructions. Once you complete the payment, please forward the confirmation to us via email or WhatsApp, including a screenshot.

Important: You must use your order number as the transfer reference. This is the only way we can match your payment to your order.

Step 2: Flexible Payment Options

We offer two convenient payment paths: a small deposit to start the QC process or a full prepayment. You choose what works best for you.

We support the following two payment methods:

  • Pay a $50 Deposit: Start the process with a small deposit. We will then source your watch and, typically within 3-5 days, send you detailed QC videos and pictures for your approval. After you confirm, you can pay the remaining balance, and we will ship your watch.
  • Full Prepayment: If you prefer to pay in full upfront, we accept PayPal F&F, Wise, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).

Step 3: The Quality Check (QC) Guarantee

You are in complete control. We provide detailed QC photos and videos of your exact watch for your approval, and it will not ship until you are 100% satisfied.

Before shipping, we will provide a full set of QC photos showing the watch’s front, sides, movement, strap, engravings, and timegrapher metrics. If our team or you detect any non-factory defects, you have options: we can reorder a new watch of the same model, offer you an alternative, or provide a full refund. Shipping will only proceed with your explicit approval.

Note: QC typically takes 3-7 days. However, delays can occur due to market instability, such as factory closures, holidays, or government inspections. You can contact us for an update at any time.

Step 4: Secure & Insured Shipping

We offer both complimentary express and expedited commercial shipping, with every package fully insured against loss or seizure until it is marked as delivered.

After you approve QC, you can choose between two shipping options:

  • Complimentary Express Shipping: This free option typically delivers to most countries within 10-15 days and includes a fully trackable tracking number.
  • Commercial Express Shipping: For a $60 fee, we can ship via FedEx or UPS, with delivery in approximately 3-5 days. This service is also fully trackable.

If your package is lost or seized by customs during transit, we will reship a new watch at no additional cost. Please note, we are not liable for theft after the package has been successfully delivered.

Step 5: Comprehensive After-Sales Support

Our commitment continues after delivery with a three-month warranty. We provide practical solutions, including reimbursement for local repairs, to resolve any issues quickly.

Our warranty period is three months from the date you confirm your QC photos. If any issues arise with the watch after it arrives, we offer two solutions:

  • Local Repair: For a quicker resolution, you can find a local watchsmith for repairs (typically costing $50-$100). We will reimburse you with a $50 repair fund to help offset the cost.
  • Return to China: You may send the watch back to us via standard or registered mail. The customer bears the shipping costs and risks. Upon receipt, we will have the watch repaired by the factory and will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. This option may take longer and carries a risk of customs interception.

Please make sure to check the watch for any issues before removing the protective plastic film, as we cannot offer a replacement after it has been removed.
